Return Policy
Due to the nature of the food items that we carry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your delivery was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@overthetopcakesupplies.com.com. Include your order number, your contact information, pictures of the outside of the box and pictures of the damaged items that are unusable. Please allow 24 hours to receive a response.
Once we create a claim with the shipping company, we will reship you new items to replace any damaged goods.
